If you’re headed to the beach this summer or just traveling in general – you’re going to need a pair of these pants. They’re perfect for so many activities, mainly because of the whole baggy but still fashionable essence they give off (my fav). You can throw them on over a cute bikini with a comfy white tee (see this post) and some sandals. Or you can even get away with wearing these pants to a casual night out with an easy summer sweater and gladiator sandals. Both of these options are adorable and very versatile – which means it’s obligatory to have a pair for the summer!

I love throwing on boots with a dress during the summer. It’s so unexpected and it gives the dress an edgier look than your average sandal would. Naturally I grabbed my jean jacket to throw over this dress because I’m always cold! When you execute this look, don’t be afraid to wear suede or calf hair boots in the summer it’s seriously ok.

I love this weather right at the end of spring and beginning of summer. It’s not blazing hot but it’s not freezing cold either. It was so nice after work the other night so, I decided to have a glass of white wine with my white pants – red wine could have been an epic disaster knowing me! I love being able to throw on light weight shirts and my signature accessory an airy scarf. I’m also really into statement bracelets. I’ve never been able to pull off an arm party; I always end up taking off most of the bracelets because they get caught on everything. I typically choose a couple simple bangles and one statement bracelet. I seriously recommend checking out Emerald Bling for all your statement piece needs. They have amazing J.Crew inspired pieces for a fraction of the price.

So I’ve seen these amazing Chanel espadrilles popping up everywhere from bloggers to celebs, they are THE summer shoe to have. If you’re like me, you’ve searched around for them and have found they are sold out just about everywhere (times like this I wish I was still living in Paris and could easily get my hands on a pair – or three). I’ve seen them on eBay, but I’m not really into buying pre-bought or used merchandise unless of course it’s vintage. Luckily Soludos has come out with some amazing espadrilles that are way more budget friendly and a lot easier to get a hold of. They come in various styles, colors, and patterns.  At $36 a pop – clearly everyone should own pair. If you’re debating if it’s that necessary to have a pair of flat espies’ – just don’t.  They are truly are some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever put on my feet.  I wore various versions of the shoe while trekking around France & you can easily slip them into your bag for the inevitable point in time when your feet are over high heels.
